CLASSES ARE ALWAYS OPEN TO ALL ST. JEROME CHILDREN & YOUTH!

Religious education classes are Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 pm for grades 1-5 and Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm for grades 6-12, starting October 6/7, 2020.   

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2020.

To register, please print and fill out all of the following:

1. Returning student form   --OR--   New student form      (one per STUDENT)
2. Census Form (one per family)
3. Covid-19 Waiver (one per child)

Copies of these are also available in church, by the Baptismal font.  (The church is open Monday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Sundays before and after Masses.)

Please return forms with the following:

1. A copy of the child's Baptismal Certificate (or Birth Certificate if not baptized) if not already provided.
2. * Family Fee:

• One child:  $65
• Two children:  $90
• Three or more children:  $105 
• Additional $8 per child if your child does not already have a St. Jerome shirt or if he or she needs a different size

Forms and payment may be placed in the box on the table by the Baptismal font in church after weekend Mass, or left in the church office mailbox during office hours after calling 504-443-3174.  Registration deadline is September 8.

* FAMILY FEES may be handled in ONE of the following ways:

1. The Family Fee (plus $8 for each uniform shirt needed) is paid in full at registration.
2. A minimum fee of $15 per child (plus $8 for each uniform shirt needed) is paid and a payment plan chosen while registering.
3. If the above payment plans are a financial hardship on your family, you need to speak to our Director of Religious Ed., Mrs. Marina Bará, BEFORE our REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  TUES., SEPT. 8. This is required to see if a waiver of the fee is needed and also to provide you with information regarding other aid that may be available.
